Best of Hoi An and Da Nang

Day 1:    Da Nang – Marble Mountains – Hoi An (B/-/-)

This morning visit the spectacular Marble Mountains, a set of 5 limestone karst formations amongst flat plains and rice paddies filled with pagodas, shrines, caves and grottoes. You can choose to take the long flight of stairs or use the enclosed glass elevator for epic views of the Son Tra Peninsula, Cham Islands, and Da Nang City.

Head to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hoi An Ancient Town and check-in to your charming boutique accommodation. The very well-preserved town is filled with quirky shops, antique teahouses, and amazing restaurants. Taking a walking tour of the city along the Thu Bon River and across the many canals found in the city. Pause for a tea at the unique social enterprise of the Reaching Out Teahouse, a lovely old-fashioned teahouse providing work for the hard of hearing.

Day 2:    Hoi An – Tra Que village – My Son (B/L/-)

Hop on a bicycle and peddle out of town to Tra Que Vegetable Farm. 20 different types of vegetables and herbs are cultivated here by the 150 farmers and 400 land owners on site without the use of GMOS or pesticides.

Wander through the garden and meet the locals working in the garden. Learn how the farmers cultivate their crops and even lend a hand raking the ground, sowing the seeds, watering greens, and transplanting and tending the plants.

Soak your feet in a traditional herbal bath and prepare tam huu spring rolls and banh xeo pancakes for lunch with a local family.

Drive an hour south to the remnants of the Ancient Cham Kingdom, the My Son Ruins, a collection of ruined Hindu temples dedicated to the god Shiva.

Day 3:    Hoi An eco tour (B/L/-)

Today, you will be picked up at your hotel and join in an exciting eco tour. Transfer to a local farming village travelling along picturesque country roads and experience the dialy life of local famers. Board on the boat to the mouth of the river where it meets the Cua Dai sea. Try to learn how traditional fishing techniques using round and cast nets. Enjoy your time on basket boat (Thung Chai) with dancing of Gangnam Style on the round boat. After that visiting a local water coconut palm village. Enjoy lunch then turn back to your hotel.

It’s easy to book excursions with Mundo Asia Tours. If the total amount of the package is less than USD500, the total amount is due at time of booking.
If the total price exceeds USD500, the client is required to pay a 30% deposit of the total price in one of two ways at the time of booking:
Pay by Credit Card
Kindly make deposit/payment via Mundo Asia’s secured online payment. Mundo Asia accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Pay by Bank Transfer
Kindly make deposit/payment via bank transfer. Any fees accrued shall be paid by the client and not Mundo Asia.
Any remaining balance shall be paid at least 30 days prior to the arrival date via bank transfer or credit card.

In the event of excursion cancellation due to any reason, Mundo Asia must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges may be in effect from the date the cancellation is received as follows:
● More than 21 days prior to arrival: Mundo Asia will refund client’s deposit minus the credit card fees
● Between 7 and 20 days prior to arrival, Mundo Asia shall retain 50% of the total booking cost
● Less than 7 days prior to arrival, Mundo Asia shall retain 100% paid by the client in connection with the booking.

Please note some venues and products like cruises cannot accept cancellations or changes to your booking once it has been confirmed. Client shall be informed of this at time of booking.
